Less repetitive admin work.
Built with your team.

I start by doing real work in your office, beginning with overdue insurance claims. Your experienced staff show me the steps and exceptions. Then I build tools we test together, to take repeated tasks off their hands.
I contribute
Hands-on work, plus building and testing automation in Occlue for your workflow.
My benefitI learn how your team does the work, so I can build Occlue around it. If useful, I may ask for a reference, an agreed case study or an introduction. Your choice.
Costs I coverMy work, development, AI usage, hosting, messaging, calls and related automation running costs.
Your team contributes
The experienced staff already doing the work show me, delegate agreed tasks, review my attempts and check results with me.
Your practice’s benefitHelp with the work and free use of Occlue tools while we work together.
Time your team sets asideGuidance, review and candid feedback while continuing its work, not full-time teaching.
Do the work. Then improve it.
Start with your outstanding claims report and the claims that were never sent, or your team's more pressing admin work.
- Your biller shows me
- I do the agreed task
- Your team reviews it
- I build in Occlue. Your team and I test it.
First two working weeksLearn and do together.
Then review responsibilityMore independence as I learn, with continued review and daily office presence.
An insurer in California has 30 calendar days to pay a claim, then owes interest. I work the claims past that first, and every claim is filed inside its window.
Before patient work: a Business Associate Agreement and authorized access. Records stay encrypted; you can revoke access. Your team reviews the work and tests tools with me before relying on them.
At 90 days, we choose together.
We choose from a shared record: work completed, money your practice received, and work your team still does. Finish, extend at no fee, or agree new written paid terms. Nothing converts automatically. Either of us can end the arrangement early.
Occlue owns the software and automation. Tool access ends with our arrangement unless we agree to continue. Your practice owns its records and data.
