Occlue is a service of Moohali LLC. This website explains a free 90-day working arrangement for a dental practice and lets its staff invite the founder to an office visit. This policy covers website visitors and practice contacts.

The invitation form collects the practice name, office address, contact person's name and role, reply email, available dates and a general time window. If you email the founder, the correspondence also contains whatever you choose to share.

Please do not put patient information, passwords or access keys in the form or ordinary email. Submitting availability does not book a visit or start the arrangement.

• To review the invitation, reply personally and agree a visit time.
• To discuss the working arrangement and keep the related correspondence.
• To operate the website, limit repeated submissions and investigate delivery or security problems.

The form sends an internal notification to Occlue's company inbox through ZeptoMail. It does not send an automatic copy to the visitor. The founder handles personal replies through Google Workspace.

The public website uses Cloudflare for hosting and request handling. Cloudflare, ZeptoMail and Google Workspace process information needed to host the site, deliver the notification and handle correspondence. Website requests also provide technical information such as IP address, browser information and requested pages. The invitation endpoint uses temporary IP-based counters to limit repeated attempts. Cloudflare also adds a performance analytics script that reports page usage and loading measurements without browser cookies or storage.

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the IP address and browser information sent with those requests. See the Cookie Policy for browser storage and tracking.

Occlue does not sell or rent invitation information or use it for advertising. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Invitation details are held in the company's email correspondence. They are not automatically deleted when the form closes. You can ask to see, correct or delete your contact information by writing to contactoccluecom. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve an active matter; the founder will explain if that affects your request.

The website invitation is not a way to submit patient records. Before patient work begins, the practice and Occlue must agree a Business Associate Agreement and confirm authorized access, safeguards and any services that would handle patient information.

The practice agreement and BAA govern that work, including permitted uses, access, protection and return or destruction of patient information. Ending access to Occlue software does not remove the practice's rights to its own records. Patients should direct requests about their records to their dental practice.

This website is intended for dental practice staff, not children under 13. Changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated date.
