Start with your outstanding claims report and the claims that were never sent, or your team's more pressing admin work. An insurer in California has 30 calendar days to pay a claim, then owes interest: I chase the claims past that first, and I send the never-sent ones before their filing deadline passes.

Before patient work: a Business Associate Agreement and authorized access. Records stay encrypted; you can revoke access. Your team reviews the work and tests tools with me before relying on them.
At 90 days, we choose together.
We choose from a shared record: work completed, money your practice received, and work your team still does. Finish, extend at no fee, or agree new written paid terms. Nothing converts automatically. Either of us can end the arrangement early.
Occlue owns the software and automation. Tool access ends with our arrangement unless we agree to continue. Your practice owns its records and data.
